A world-first collective strategy to combat gendered violence in online communities

This year, Gender Equity Victoria (Gen Vic) launched its world first Active Bystander Project, targeting online abuse and emboldening bystanders to speak out against gendered violence.

Gen Vic’s Caitlin McGrane will explain the principles, tactics and transformative potential of this project, and how we can apply these strategies in our online communities and workplaces.

A must for digital comms professionals, site moderators, online activists and anyone who’s active online.

Drinks and nibbles provided, sparkling conversation guaranteed.
