Urgent performer meetings: This is your last chance to have your say on the Performers’ Collective Agreement which we are very close to finalising with producers after over a year of negotiations

Thanks to your involvement there are some big, positive changes to base rates of pay, cultural consultancy, first nations cultural leave, restrictions on the number of nine show weeks and more. But there are also things that need improvement, like the regulations around multiple contracts and the absorption of swing allowances into personal margins.

We need your feedback urgently to proceed and secure the next agreement as a matter of urgency.
