International Women's Day rally in Sydney

Join us on Saturday March 10 for the International Women’s Day March – Sydney

On Saturday March 10, 2018, thousands of women will be marching through the streets of Sydney for International Women’s Day and we would love for you to join us to walk alongside your colleagues in the MEAA contingent!

International Women’s Day is a day of world-wide protest – demanding equality for women. This year we are marching to Stop the Harassment. Stop the Violence in the Workplace, Campus and Home.

As a Supporter Organisation for the March, MEAA invites our members of all genders to join us in solidarity with those who are affected by violence and harassment and to call for its end.

The MEAA group will  meet at Archibald Fountain (Hyde Park North) at 9:30am on Saturday 10 March. Come and find us and grab a MEAA shirt or flag before the main event kicks off at 10am. Speakers will be announced on Facebook.
